| 1. | Planning is still in process for February and March’s Sunday Morning Workshops and are somewhat contingent on when we build the dog house for the Habitat for Humanity Auction. |
| 2. | Katie Kirkpatrick and her family have generously donated an Air Hockey table to the youth. As well, we are getting a ping pong table with monies raised through the Christmas Bazaar ($250.00). |
| 3. | Activities Nights will be air hockey, ping-pong, cards and movie night social events. Donations of refreshments are always generously accepted! |
| 4. | Dailyn Gaudreau and Rebecca Mordin have agreed to act as Co-Vice Presidents for the youth group. This means that they have agreed to help me with set up and take down of activities as well as making phone calls to other youth members as needed. |
| 5. | Austin Rose will act in the role of “Head of Maintenance and Electronics”. He will be helping me when we have special set ups such as the ping pong table. |
| 6. | A night at the Movies is being planned. |
| 7. | If the snow holds out, we may go tubing. Big question mark there, though! |
